This policy explains what personal data we process, why, on what legal basis and what rights you have. It follows Law no. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova on the protection of personal data, which transposes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who the data controller is

For anything concerning your data, write to us with the subject "Personal data" — we reply within 30 calendar days at the latest.
What we collect and why
Orders: name, phone, email (if you give one), town and delivery address, order contents. Basis: performance of a contract, art. 6(1)(b).
Contact form messages: the name and contact details you provide, plus the message itself. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, art. 6(1)(f).
Usage statistics: aggregated data about pages visited, only if you enabled the "Statistics" category in the cookie banner. Basis: consent, art. 6(1)(a).
Local preferences (language, theme, wishlist, cart) stay in your browser and never reach our servers.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
We do not build automated profiles that produce legal effects for you.
We do not load advertising or analytics scripts before your explicit consent.
We never ask for card details on this site — payment happens on delivery or by bank transfer.
How long we keep data
Orders: 3 years after completion, for warranty and possible claims; accounting documents for the periods required by tax law.
Contact form messages: 12 months.
Data subject requests and consent records: 3 years, so we can demonstrate compliance.
Technical server logs: 30 days maximum.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can exercise these rights through the form on the "Personal data request" page or by email to the address above. There is no charge.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (48 Serghei Lazo street, Chișinău, datepersonale.md).
Security
The site runs over HTTPS only. Access to orders is limited to staff who need it for delivery.
Forms collect the strict minimum, and the data is stored separately from the public content of the site.
Children
Our products are for children, but our customers are adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you learn that a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
