The site presents the catalogue of the Mini Max store in Chișinău. Product, price and availability information is updated automatically several times a day.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to confirm price and availability by phone before dispatch. If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative or cancel the order at no cost to you.
Orders
An order placed on the site is a reservation request. The contract is concluded once we confirm it by phone.
We do not process card payments on this site. Payment is made on delivery or by bank transfer against an invoice.
Returns and warranty
You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies as described in the documents accompanying the product. Consumables and wear parts are not covered.
Intellectual property
Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of Chișinău.
